Smoked Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 110grams Smoked Salmon
- 225 grams soft cream cheese
- 800 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 tspn lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons dill
Method
Chop tomatoes in half, scoop out seeds and turn up side down on paper towel to drain.
Blend other ingredients together & pipe into tomato cups.
Cover loosely & refrigerate until ready to serve.
