Smoked Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes


Ingredients


  • 110grams Smoked Salmon
  • 225 grams soft cream cheese
  • 800 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons dill

Method


Chop tomatoes in half, scoop out seeds and turn up side down on paper towel to drain.

Blend other ingredients together & pipe into tomato cups.


Cover loosely & refrigerate until ready to serve.
