Smoked Salmon Artichoke dip


Ingredients


  • 170 grams Smoked Salmon
  • 1 can artichokes chopped
  • 75ml mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Method


 Mix together & serve on crackers, bagels or fresh baguette.

Try substituting mayonnaise with cream cheese or Avocado or sour cream & avocado mixed together.

Spice it up with some Jalapeno and a squeeze of lemon.
