Seafood pasta … la Dolce Vita
Ingredients
- 100grams squid
- 100grams octupus;
- 100grams shelled mussels;
- 100grams clams;
- 100grams shrimp;
- 100grams smoked salmon;
- 30grams garlic;
- 30grams anchovies;
- pinch pepper;
- 30grams parsley;
- 100mls oil;
- 60grams butter;
- 450grams plum tomatoes;
- 225grams fettuccelle pasta (large fettuccine);
- Stock; fish or chicken, optional.
Method
Chop all the fish. Saut‚ the garlic in the oil and butter together with the parsley, anchovies and hot pepper.
Add the chopped fish, plum tomatoes and let cook adding water or broth.
When the fish is ready add with its sauce to previously cooked al dente pasta and stir over flame
