This is a delicious, fresh whole side of Hot Smoked Salmon that isavailable from 23 October 2009. They come in either Gremolata or Garlic & Herb. If you want to add something special, and delicious to your Christmas, party or picnic then these will definitely achieve this.

To order you will need to send an email to request as the sizes vary quite a bit. Prices range from $35 - $55  ranging from approximately 750g - 1200g in size. 

You will need to specify the flavour(s) you require and quantity of each. We will try to provide you the sizes you are looking for but this may not always be possible.

There is a limited  number of these fillets so first in first served.
