Salmonman salmon is sourced from the pristine waters of Stewart island, New Zealand. We receive export grade whole salmon which we then fillet and pin-bone. It is then either vacuum-packaged raw for sale or further value added by curing and either delicately hot smoking (the salmon is cooked in the smoking process), Gravlaxed or it becomes a ready to cook meal pack.
