Welcome to the Salmon Man Bluff Oyster Club!

The idea here is that you sign up and get fresh Bluff oysters delivered to you at your workplace for what should be a lot less then you would regularly pay for them. The following is a few things you need to agree to before you can take part and providing you do, we hope to help make this an enjoyable 2011 Bluff oyster season for you. Demand has been strong so there is likely to be a cut off so please don't hesitate to sign up.

Deliveries are weekly or alternate weeks unless arranged otherwise.

Minimum of three tubs per person per order. Any order over 4 dozen per person may require payment prior to delivery.

Deliveries will be between 9am and 3pm Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

You will receive an email confirming your standing order status, either that you will receive your order as per arrangement or that it will not be available and an offer of possible alternative delivery dates.

Bluff oysters may not be available due to weather conditions or surplus of demand. You will not be charged for oysters that you have not received.

Units/pots contain 12 oysters per pot.

This offer is only available in the Auckland area. Some areas may be excluded from delivery due to time constraints however, you may be able to collect at different Farmers Markets we participate in. You may also be able to collect from our premises at 10 Phelps place, Glendene, by prior arrangement. If you are outside the delivery area and you still wish to participate in this offer you may do so by contacting us. Keep in mind that there may be further charges for freight and handling.

Price will be based on a cost plus basis. This helps to cover handling and running costs. It also helps ensure the price to you is nominal i.e: below the norm. You will get an email confirming the price for the season.

The Bluff oyster season goes from March through to June/July, quota depending. However, our club season may come to an end before the actual season ends if demand drops off, typically around Easter.

You will need to ensure that there is someone at your appointed delivery address to take delivery of your order if you're unable to and unless otherwise arranged prior, have payment ready in full at the time of delivery.
