Salmon Gremolata


Ingredients


  • 1 Fresh fillet cut into 4 portions or 4 Salmon steaks.
  • 1 Tbspn Olive oil
  • 1 Tbspn Lemon juice
  • 1 clove of Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tspn Salt & Pepper
  • 3 Tbspns each Parsley & Chive, chopped
  • 1 Tbspn Lemon zest

Method


Position rack 5-6" from heat and pre-heat

In a small bowl combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper & garlic. Brush over salmon and grill with skin side down first for 4-5 minutes per side until Salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Meanwhile, combine Parsley, Chives & Lemon zest. Sprinkle on cooked Salmon and serve.
