King Salmon Fettuccine


Ingredients


  • 1 Salmon King Hot Smoked Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Large onion, diced
  • 200g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled & diced
  • 500g fettuccine
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 350ml cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 40g butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Method


Cook fettuccine & drain

Fry onion, garlic & mushroom in butter on low heat for 5 mins. Stir in wine and reduce to sauce. Add cream, stir & reduce 20%. Add fettuccine & salmon, toss.
