King Salmon Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 1 Salmon King Hot Smoked Salmon Fillet
- 1 Large onion, diced
- 200g Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled & diced
- 500g fettuccine
- 1 cup white wine
- 350ml cream
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 40g butter
- Salt & Pepper
Method
Cook fettuccine & drain
Fry onion, garlic & mushroom in butter on low heat for 5 mins. Stir in wine and reduce to sauce. Add cream, stir & reduce 20%. Add fettuccine & salmon, toss.
