Easy Smoked Salmon Mousse
Ingredients
- 100 grams Smoked Salmon
- 225 grams cream cheese
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 1/2 tspn lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- Pepper
- Fresh Dill
Method
Mix cream cheese in food processor and add smoked salmon, double cream, lemon juice, horseradish & pepper.
Process until smooth & place in serving dish & serve.
