Barbecue Pineapple Salmon Steaks


Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Steaks
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 4 tsp Chilli chopped
  • Zest of lemon chopped
  • 3/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Oil

Method


Start barbecue. Combine 1st 3 ingredients in bag & refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Combine following 6 ingredients and rub into fish. Lightly coat with oil & cook for 3-5 mins per side depending on thickness or until easily flaked.
