Baked scallops supreme


Ingredients


  • 400g scallops
  • Marsala wine
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Butter
  • Crushed croutons

Method


In 4 baking shells or baking dishes, divide scallops, sprinkle each with garlic powder, 1 tablespoon marsala wine and 1 tablespoon butter. Top with 1 slice of cheese. Sprinkle top with crushed croutons. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
